Hey, I live on: 52 Mountjoy Square, Dublin 1. It has a parking with disc machines in front of this house. It's an apartment building. I have parking inside but it's all taken so no spaces. I heard there is like parking permit that will let me park car outside for free for like 50 euroa year? But then again I saw it says…

Hey, I live on:

It's from 7 PM until 9 AM free Mon - Sat.

You will need to check with the council as to what category the street falls under. I get the impression you won't be getting a permit as you have parking available and it would be a high demand area.
