Hotpoint Aquarius WMA56 problem

It doesn't rinse out the clothes properly nor will it do the final spin loaded. Will spin empty. Checked the motor brushes which are sound. Had a service man out twice this month. He got it going but it reverts to the same problem shortly afterwards. Anyone know what I should check?
