Hi

Andre Ramos a BJJ Black Belt with Morcegao Sapo Team has started BJJ classes in the Toned and Fit Gym now open in Church Street, Howth (opposite the Garda Station and only 2 mins walk from the Dart).

It is a new class and so will be very good for any beginners who want to try BJJ. No prior martial arts experience is necessary.

Times are Mon and Wed 8 to 10 and Friday 7 to 9. Andre can also be contacted on Facebook.
