any advice would be much appreciated.
my partner will be starting college in September, he is currently on jsa and receives rent allowance.
i am in full time employment and we are expecting a baby in the summer.
i plan to return to work a few months after the baby is born.
my question is will he still be entitled to btea if we move in together.

    Thank you.

yes he should be, but only during the college year, in the summer he will get jsa, which will be means tested every year.
