    Hi,
    I am due to be paid monday. Because money would have to be transferred a day before so that money will be in account monday is there a chance that money go into account saturday?

    I am being paid by a recruitment agency.I asked a girl who i keep in contact with from recruitment agency and she said it will be in account monday. She doesnt work on payroll so Im hoping she was just guessing. Where I have worked in past whenever payday fell on sunday or monday then money would always be in my account day before.

    Can a timer be set for when money goes into account?

    It is impossible for us to say if the money will be in your account on Friday or Saturday. The three factors which would influence when you receive the money are a) when they transfer the money, b) which bank they use and c) which bank you use.

    So in theory you could have the money on Friday or Saturday if you both use the same bank and they transfer the money before the weekend, however I would not rely on this happening and would budget accordingly.
