Oh hell yeah, it's finally here :D

So, my weekend started earlier, so I'm heading to the shop now for some beers, then to watch this bad boy

    http://www.dreadcentral.com/reviews/nazis-center-earth-2012

Waiting for this for a while, if it's half as bad as they say, I will love it!
Much of the movie early on is quite mean-spirited and fairly brutal; at the same time it really is hard to take any of it seriously because the premise is so out there to begin with and some of the plot twists are nothing short of hysterical. You got hollow earth, Nazi zombies, mad scientist experiments, people getting skinned alive, Nazi zombie gang bangs, flesh-eating bacteria, disintegration ray gun shootouts, a gigantic freedom-crushing Nazi UFO, and that special something I dare not spoil other than to say I began choking on a potato chip I was munching on from laughing so hard.
this had been one of the darkest and most gruesome movies The Asylum had ever produced. As far-fetched as the premise of Antarctic researchers being abducted by decaying Nazi soldiers living in a pristine valley deep within the earth, much of what occurs during the first 55 minutes teeters closely to the territory often described as torture porn.

I caught Mega Python Vs. Gatoroid on SyFy a while back. Definitely worth the watch. It's right up there with The Room on my list.

Haven't seen Nazis at the Center of the Earth (or Iron Sky for that matter) but both are high on my list right now.

So... it was you! It was you who's been funding Syfy and making them think those films are worth showing 15 times a week instead of battlestar galactica and star trek!

    Damn you!

    :D

The words "torture porn" have me on the fence on whether I should even dare to watch this. Maybe if I skip the first 55 minutes?

Oh Wow... that is a MUST SEE...

We really must support the struggling Zombie arts during this time of austerity. As such I wish to buy this on DVD in both normal and BLU RAY... Oh and if they have it in VHS? I'd buy it if on that format too.

    La Horde?
I loved the ending, totally unexpected.

    THIS has ruined me.

In fact, whatever has zombies and Nazis in it can't be any good - just my subjective opinion.

    Bugger, rumbled.
Nazis and torture are some of my favourite things

    [Sings]
Hiding from zombies, and not getting bitten.

Nazis and torture and stomping on kittens

These are a few of my favourite things

Well.. ye learn something new every day around here :D

So.. Jake Busey, is he Gary Busey's son? He does kind of have similar teeth :D
Also, wasnt he in starship troopers, that awesomeest of awesome Verhoeven cult classics? Man he must have run onto some hard times if he's showing up in syfy movies :/

Damnit...Aslyum is Syfy. I didn't make the connection until the movie I'm watching just now started (2012 Zombie Apocalypse)...all the previews were for Asylum movies (and crap to boot)...and then the opening credits start and it says it's a Syfy picture. :( Now I'm not sure even Ving Rhames can make this bearable.

Oh, and yes, that is his son and he was in Starship Troopers...and every actor on hard times is in SyFy movies (singers, too)...hadn't realized Ving Rhames was one of those.

    I can't believe I actually watch that..
Seriously, I would love to hear what the people who made the film genuinely thought of it.

The story line was interesting, but its too bad to see it wasted on a studio that isn't going to do anything good with it.

    This is on syfy+1 now

    Well!!!
That had the makings of a good story, I have to say that busy was so bad he was good, I liked some of the twists, such as the initial revelations and yerwan turning so quickly, however I think it all went a bit downhill about the time it turned into wolfenstein.

Overall tis worth a gawp if you have a bag of weed and a crate of beer, its funny but there's not near as much torture as I expected
