Hi, Does anyone know of a less intense form of Bikram Yoga around Dublin City/South Dublin.. Really enjoyed the Bikram but found some of the forward bending and back bending poses a bit too demanding on my back. I see there is a place in Sandyford called Hot yoga Sandyford, any feedback on this? Thanks a million for any…

Hi,
