    Hi,

Hooked the nissan micra K11 up to the computer and diagnosed the problem to be the coil pack. Put in all new plugs and found which coil pack was gone by disconnecting each cable to the coil pack individually while the engine was runnin.

There was no dip in power to the engine when I disconnected the cable to coil 4 so I replaced it and the car is running perfect again.

But the orange engine light won't go off. Don't know why? Any suggestions?
(...and the nct is comin up)

Well first, the light being on is not an NCT fail in itself.

There are 2 possibilities, 1, the fault memory needs to be cleared using the diagnostic computer or 2, if you've been driving with a misfire for any length of time there could be damage/incorrect readings from the catalytic converter or lambda sensors due to the unburned fuel in the exhaust system.
