Heya I have a bad back due to an old injury but over the last couple of weeks my arms have been really sore and feel almost weak? Its bothering me, I have golf elbow due to typing and the like. I wake up in the morning and my arms are sore. My back pain is lower and involoves my SI joint, sometimes the pain goes up wards.…

Heya

I have a bad back due to an old injury but over the last couple of weeks my arms have been really sore and feel almost weak? Its bothering me, I have golf elbow due to typing and the like. I wake up in the morning and my arms are sore.

My back pain is lower and involoves my SI joint, sometimes the pain goes up wards.

I am hoping to get a new bed in the next few weeks as I am moving but have to see what happens.

op, I'm going to close this thread now. any new pain and/or weakness should be assessed by your doctor. don't assume it's associated with your back pain.
