    Hi,
    Quick question.
We're currently in the middle of building a house. During the week, some pricks broke into the site and ripped out all the first fix electrical wiring causing (according to our builder) €1,000's of euros of damage.

We contacted our insurance company who've told us that we are not covered for theft from the site (we had taken out building insurance).

Our builder has told us that his insurance only covers PI etc and does not cover us for theft either.

Has anyone come accross this before and could offer advice on how best to proceed?

    Thanks in advance.

What contract have you signed and what does your contract administrator advise?

You have an active thread in the legal forum on the same topic. Please dont cross post over different forums as you could end up getting muffled. ;)
