    Hi all

My local bike shop are doing the Look KEO 2 Max for €100. The Ultegra 6700 are €100 on CRC......So assuming price is a dead heat which one of these two pedals would you recommend ? The bike is a Canyon Roadlite 6.0 with a 105/ Ultegra mix.

Personally, I have found the lack of fore/aft adjustment on the Looks to be a major pain, due to my slightly odd pedalling style, I need the left cleat sitting slightly ahead of the right, I can't get the look cleat any more forward.

I had Shimano SPD-SL and to be honest I'm sorry I switched.

As for which one you should pick? Steve Hogg's pros and cons will give you some idea, but like saddles and handlebars, pedals are a personal touch. The ideal would be to get to test some, but you are probably best served buy passing over the offer here and buying either some entry level look/shimano (avoid the look keo easy!) or buying second hand.

If you want to take a punt: Shimano!

Thanks for the reply. Well I put Entry Level (AKA Cheap!) pedals on this time last year and 1 year and lots of Kms on I need new pedals as the bearings are worn so I think it makes sense to get sometihng decent this time. I dont mind paying for something that will last
