Just wondering are all electric showers pumped nowadays? I'm lookin at one in Argos but it doesn't say in the spec whether there is a pump in it or not. Any experience with these? I've provided a link

That one does not have a pump. It would need to be connected to the mains water supply in a standard house. A pumped one would be much more preferable, as mains ones depend on no one using the cold water tap in the kitchen, or washing machine etc, or anything causing the attic tank to start topping up (toilet flushing etc).

They also require good mains dynamic pressure.

A pumped one independently piped to the storage tank would be immune to all those problems.
