Is it possible to get a flight into either from Dublin? Need to go to Scunthorpe in July and both are relatively close to it but im having trouble getting a flight into either.

    Google it

I have googled it and it doesn't seem so but I was hoping someone in here might know something I could be missing??

The only way to check is googling or through each airport by checking arrivals and departures, both airports are small so won't have many arrivals and departures per day. If you haven't found anything that probably means there's nothing to find. Have you checked for Belfast/Derry flights?

Actually having had a look around, strangely enough Manchester Airport seems to be your best bet if you're using public transport. You can go straight from there by train to Scunthorpe, it's 2 hours by train but a lot simpler than any other option that i can see.

Buy your train ticket as far in advance as you can through www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk for best prices, trains seem to be 1 an hour.

Leeds Bradford with Ryanair is closer, but still two hours away and involves a bus as well as two trains.
