Disable email notifications from subscribed threads?

Hey, Rereg from a closed account here. Never had this problem before, but how do I disable the emails from subscribed threads? I have it set to no email in the Options part of the User CP but I'm still getting them. :confused:

Never mind, figured it out.

The threads already subscribed to were down for email notification. I've just unfollowed them and will add them back later.
