I use a chest freezer under a counter.. I drilled holes in the top to run the lines.. I use a single gax bottle connected to a Co2 distribution board so I can set each kegs pressure individualy... There's a pic of mine in the show us your brew thread... If you want to see the guts ill post some pics

This is my set up, I should of given it a clean up before taking pics...

tap on the left is for bringing to partys and the likes

    This is under the counter

This is inside the freezer, you can see the temp probe on top of the keg on the left

The temp probe is connected to this temp controller, it switches the freezer on and off to keep the temp where I want it

This is the Co2 control board which allows me to control the pressure on each keg individually

Mine is quite simple. A fridge, two kegs inside and a gas bottle (6kg) to the right. I used to have a smaller 1.5kg gas bottle that went inside the fridge.

It was very simple to make too.
You just need a cheap or free fridge and some tools.

But the wooden handle on the tap broke from wear, does anyone know where I can a repacement handle or new tap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys

This guy on ebay is where I and a lot of Beoir / ICB members buy their kegs. If you just email him you can even get a better deal.

Don't worry if what you want is not on his ebay shop. He does not list everything but he always has loads of spare disconnects etc. Taps also.

I will PM you his email address as I think it's against the rules to post it.

If anyone is planning on making one and wants to use a fridge, make sure to get one with reversible doors. The reason for that is simply because there will be no wiring to break.

Here is how I made mine. Not a guide so much as a summary. It was so simple, there is no need of a guide to be honest.
