Samsung TV and UPC

Hope someone might be able to help. I have a 2007 Samsung LCD TV connected up with UPC HD box. I've gotten the UPC remote to control the TV, but the one thing it can't do is the equivalent of the "source" button on the TV remote.If I could figure that out I'd never need the Samsung remote again, but as it stands if someone in error selects TV on the UPC remote and changes channel there's no way to get back to the right channel without Samsung remote. So my questions are:

1) Where do I find the list of reverse codes? i,e. code to input on TV remote to link it to use UPC? I would have thought these were standard codes and not tv-model-specific, but a lot of Googling hasn't found me any results!

2) Is it possible to program one button on the UPC remote to change the TV source?

I use the page down button for my TV (Panny) to select the source. Have you tried that?

Nice one thanks, did the job! Can't believe I didn't try all the buttons before asking!
