From about 1982. The bike is a GT Pro (bought in seattle 1980) skyway mk1 mags .

earliest i have is from 1985 in the Gorey 3-Day, as a junior. this was on one of the drags uphill in the TT on day-2. couldn't afford to change the block on the 2nd hand bike I'd bought, so was stuck with a 'senior' 13-17 block or something like that...or emm....some other reason why i was in the small ring in a TT....probably....ehhh....a savage headwind or something



...then graduated to Senior on my super-cool Gitane bike in '87.
oh those were the days! paid a fortune for them Oakleys too!
