Being poached by another company - no word back from them

    Hi

    Would like to get your feedback/opinions on this. A girl ( lets call her Susan) I used to work with last year has joined another company in a similar industry ( other company is not a competitor)

    Susan approached me and said that this company were looking to hire a senior person and would I be interested in finding out more?

    I replied that I would be interested in finding out more. I also know the person running the company. I met Susan after work last Thursday and she next step would be to meet the owner ( who I also used to work with a few years ago)

    Susan mentioned she would be in touch to arrange suitable dates, however I haven't heard anything at all. Does anyone find this strange?
