    I use iBooks and Kindle.

Before I got the iPad most of my stuff was on Kindle, now I am more or less totally iBooks.

Kindle is Amazon bookstore (US one) and iBooks is Apples one. Amazon recently released an app to copy files over to the kindle app, but iBooks has done it since release. Plus you can open PDFs from websites into iBooks.

I'm not mad about Apple's iBooks offering at the moment. Until DRM is abolished, you are very restricted by purchasing from the iBooks Store. At least with Amazon you have a bit more choice and can read books on a Kindle and an iPad.
