Hey sorry to be a pest but it appears each question is best served in its own thread.

I will be completing my PostGraduate courses in the next 2 weeks and then sitting exams until the end of May.

I will be applying for JobSeekers Benefit for PT work i did in 2009/2010/2011 but i came unemployed in April 2011 and have been unemployed since, however i commenced a PG programme from September 2011.

Will i have to wait until i sit my final exams to sign on/ fill out the form, or can i do that when classes end in 10 days?

    Many Thanks.

You will have to wait until your exams are finished and bring a letter from the college with you stating your course is completed. As you were only working part time you may only receive a graduated rate of jsb depending on your average weekly earnings in 2010.

Could I not get a letter when lectures are finished to say my course is complete?

While you are sitting your exams are you available for and looking for full time work? This is one of the main conditions for claiming a Jobseeker's payment - if you are sitting exams you can't be also working during the exam.
As eastbono stated, your course is still ongoing until you have your exams completed.

Well here is the thing, i am applying for jobs and attending interviews; and as we know you don't just go to an interview and get given a job on the day.

It usually takes 2-4 weeks before they can take you on.

    And the day lectures end.

I could definitely argue this with the SW and show them evidence of job applications etc.

Going to give the UNI a call tomorrow and see when they can give me the letter.

    Thanks for your help.
