Adobe Mac Problem

    Adobe/Mac problem
    Hi,


    I have a Mac OS X Version 10.4.11 and I have some how deleted the flash Adobe how can I get it back mad.gif Gutted... I get this coming up all the time below. Please advise

    Look for plugins in your web browser and make sure Adobe Flash player is not disabled, also you can update Flash anytime here. Usually contained under "Addons"
