Sideways gas bottle

Does anyone know of a safe regulator for the operation of a sideways gas bottle? I'm having space issues.
I imagine it must be possible as forklifts operate from a sideways bottle.
Preferably one that'll fit onto a normal 11kg buthane/propane cyclinder.

Normal bottles are designed for vapour take off if you turn them on the side you'll have liquid gas coming out of the regulator also the pressure release valve would be submerged and not operate correctly. Its illegal to transport them on their side for a good reason.
Forklift bottles are liquid take off like an autogas tank. You'd need an evaporator to convert to vapour which in turn needs power to be heated due to the refridgeration effect of the evaporating gas, then you'd need an inline regulator to reduce the pressure to 30mbar.
I looked for such a solution for an autogas tank and gave up its much simpler to buy a vapour take off autogas style tank - not cheap - or modify an autogas tank for vapour take off.
