So no one has any sort of idea roughly how much this would cost.

its impossible to quote with what you say there. even to give you a rough price

for example, and a very simple start, can any plant machinary access your back garden? is the site restricted? what is the shed being removed made of? are you wanting the garden re landscaped? re seeded? does it need levelling and a landscape contractor in? what kind of shed are you rebuilding? block, timber, steel clad? does it need insulating? plastering? doors? windows? what kind of roof finish?

your best option is to ask a local builder or 2 to go see your back garden and quote you for works. Just get a few prices and see how they compare. you wont get a proper answer here with such little detail.

    25 m/2 = 270 ft/2 @ €50 = 13,500 + 1000 to remove extg.

I would say 25M2 x €600.00 = €15,000 (Excl VAT). All depends on specification, location, access, ground conditions, etc.

It's hard to say for sure but breaking it out a little:

    1. Demolish and Removal of existing small shed, about 1000 euros
    2. Dig out foundations, prepare ground with hardcore, pour foundations, say a Radon Sump, Radon Barrier/DPC, Foundation rising walls, pour driveway to the garage and do kerbing and electric and pulmbing and drainage supplies from the garage; about 7000 euros
    3. Cavity walls with insulation - say to a reasonable domestic standard; 3000
    4. Roof Trusses with Slates or Tiles; 3000
    5. Doors (Vehicle at Front and Pedestrian to rear/side), Rain Gutters and Shoots, Windows; Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, Shelving, Heating (say a mini-solar and room heater boiler) 5000

Note that this would give you a really really nice finished garage that would be warm, heated, dry, free of radon, and with those tall walls that you are mentioning you get the spaciousness that you deserve.

Do note that the placement of windows is going to be very important, especially if you do not want sunlight damage to items in your garage, etc.

This is not professional advice so you may ignore everything that I say here cause I'm just a lumberjack etc.
