Sound out of sync Sky HD box

    Is anyone else experiencing sound problems recently?
    I first noticed it on sky one last Fri during A League of their Own. The sound was totally out of sync. Yesterday it was a programme on Watch & just now I'm watching The Italian Job on sky one & its also out.
    Is it just me?

    try rebooting the box . ie. un-plugging (not just turning off with remote).
