help with 306 spark plugs

    is there any easy way to change the spark plugs in a 306 its 1.4 petrol that i dont know about as last time i did it i had to take a few things off and it took me about 45 min to do the 4 of them.

    First rule of car maintenance, particularly French cars.

    Take the stuff that is in the way, out of the way. Then do the job.

    I suppose the answer is you already did it the easy way. 45 min is not too bad for an inexperienced person. Best to take time and do no harm.

    You have to remove a couple of breather pipes, 1 block connector and the coil pack, that's about it.

    A wobble extension makes removing the plugs a little easier as its a bit awkward to get a straight extension onto them.

    How long would it take a professional like you to change the plugs in a 306 to see how I compare, I don't mind changing the oil and filters but just hate doing the spark plugs as there awkward

    Takes about 5 mins when normally when not rushing TBH.
