PC chair advice urgently needed!

While I have a luxurious computer chair it unfortunately has no height adjustments and I spend a lot of time at my PC (Gamer) and am suffering pretty badly with 'Rotator cuff pain when lifting arm' I want something comfy ofc and my Budget is around €100 but may stretch to €130-€150 in desperation! TY

Take a look over here, a similar discussion came up a few months back so you might find something you like there. I've had one of these for they last months and i can't fault it at all.
