Battery starter with air compressor - any recommendations ?

I want to get an air compressor for the tyres and a device that can be charged and then moved to the motor bike to start it I there is a problem. Will one suitable for a card voltage nuke a bike ?

Hi,

Bike shop tell me the important thing is there should be a hign low for ampage! Product should be capable of going to less than 20 amp. Dont want to fry the bike.
