BBS LM reps are on nearly every second BMW/Audi/VW, and you'll probably run into problems with the clear coat on polished lip ones if they're reps (which I doubt you'll be getting genuine BBS)

Actual BBS wheels would be 6-800 per wheel, without tyres

I'd also be wary of what tyres are going on those for that price, could be shíte like nankangs or worse

Get decent part worn premium brands from somewhere like http://tyreland.ie/, bridgestone potenzas, etc

You'll get 4 very good tyres for less than the price of new nankangs.

Go on to Stance Works or Stance Nation or Wheel Whores and just creep for a hour on each.. You are bound to see something you like!!

I creeped on VAGDrivers for about a week and ended up getting these beauties for 220 lids :D

Sanding and priming this week to be sprayed orange :D

    They will be ditchfinders.

The A5 reps were bought from Keith in Alloywheels.ie

The Michelins were too expensive for him and I would not allow him drive on "skiddys"
I spoke to Keith and requested Hankook V12 Evo's. Excellent tyres in wet or dry.

Got the wheels/225/40/18 Hankooks fitted and balanced delivered to me door for 930 all in

The Original plan was for BBS LM reps but as the car was a daily this was scrapped as keeping them clean would be a nightmare. Also if not kept cleanthe polished lip can deteriorate quite quickly.

    Thanks,
Yes, It is only sensible to get tyres as good as you possibly can, even if that means to cut back on the rims or wait a little longer.

The A5 reps were my sons choice.

it would be kumhos id choose i think have 2 on the front of my rs4's and im very fond of them

id say i'll wait a little longer
not evan the hedge finding thats the big problem but the fact with the state of our roads and a low profile tire the cheaper brands seems to cut alot easyer and evan cause a rim to crk
    they look very well

That is one area of the hankook V12 evo I do like. The sidewall looks like it is solid rubber.
