Sorry if this in the wrong section.

I have recently just start selling some belongings online due to a major clear out in my home. I have also put my jeep online for sale. The last week I received three messages for three of my items one being the jeep that were just odd. Immediately thought scams. Just like the blackberry texts were they send you texts pretending you have won a jackpot etc..One man wanted to buy my jeep without even viewing and would arrange a pick up from Ireland to the UK (were he resides) basically all they wanted was my paypal email address to send the payment. How do they actually pull off scams with paypal payment?

    Try here, OP.

There's a Paypal FAQ stickied at the top of the page. Might be an idea to check to see if your question is answered in there before starting a new thread.

    Good luck.
