PIT Manoeuvre .vs. ESC

Was just watching an episode of Road Wars and saw a cop car in the US do a PIT manoeuvre on a pickup truck, which ended up rolling 4 times.

With the advancements in electonic control systems(ESC,ESP,DSC,and whatever else manufacturers want to call it), how do you think a big German saloon such as a 5-Series or an E-Class would react to a PIT manoeuvre?

(Even without electronic systems, it would obviously still be better than your average American pickup truck, and the outcome depends on dozens of factors.)
