Hey i dont think u while need to need to learn 20. Id probley go for maybe 10 to 12. In fairness theres 7 weeks left and it would be hard having to focus alot of time onto 20 topics. I have made certain predications on what will come up and what most likely will. Plus there is more then just section 4 on the history paper keep that in mind too. Just really know mainly the most popular topics first and make your way down. E.G. Start with maybe archalogist at work, 1700 revoulutionary leader , Renaissance sculptor , and also of course leader in cold war. Then focus on lesser topics such as unionist against home rule ( which in fairness ended up coming up in my mock ). Just there is more then section 4, focus on less topics. Best job could be know 5 from before 1500 ( im not sure ) such as serf, renaissance artist or sculptor .... then to after 1500 such as 1700 revolutionary leader , cold war leader ect .... best luck in your exams ... u seem to be very motivated in fairness :D

Cheers man. In section 6 which counts for a 3rd of the marks social history (piss easy) and Irish political history comes up every year. Since Gandhi comes up every time and I should get full marks I should really only study everything before 1700

Social history is one of the worst scoring options, mostly because people think it's easy. If you have not done a project on social history do not do it. Every Chief Examiner's report mentions how bad the answering for it is. People spoof, badly.

I have lost count of the number of rubbish answers about introduction of trains and cars and votes for women, when they were supposed to be discussing the last 60 or 70 years.
