hey guys i bought a wireless turtle beach today and unfortunately i cant get sound from the headset, been racking my brain as to what the problem is but cant figure it out, i can hear people fine and its paired up with the transmitter but no game sound whatsover, my tv has game sound so its not the game, i really have no idea what the problem is and im hoping you can shed some light, the only two wires coming from my headset is one which goes to the controller and the other going to the back of the transmitter were it is charging. am i missing something here?

Very obvious question: is the game volume down on the dial?

What make are they? Had a similar problem when I got the px3's. They have a noise gate in them which means they will only allow a minimum volume pass through them (probably to save power) if the source of the audio is low, tv/audio out, you won't hear them. Try turn the game volume up from options or if you can the tv/audio out. Also make sure transmitter is on xbox mode.

go to audio setting, then select the drop down box for turtle beach, job done
