Presently unemployed but may have a job for 6-8 weeks doing data entry at €9 per hour for 40 hours per week. So gross income would be €360

Roughly what would my take home pay be? I'm single, living at home,no kids, over 21 etc.

Also when the 6-8 weeks work is finished would I be able to claim back any tax paid?

    Thanks in advance

If this is your only taxable income for the year then you shouldn't pay any PAYE on the income so long as you or your employer get the employment registered with Revenue and a tax credit cert issues. You should also not have to pay USC on that size of income.
Since PRSI isn't a tax, I can't assist there. Check DSPs link below.

As an aside, at the age of 21, you really should know how to work out your taxes and deductions yourself as hopefully you will have a long period of employment to look forward to. The PAYE system relatively straightforward if you take a minute to look at it.
