    Hi guys,

    maybe not the best place for a question but could anyone tell me how bad would a commute from Drumcondra to portloaise be every day. working 8-5 in drumcondra then travelling back.

    90 mins inbound if youre there by 8, 2 hrs + home, fuel €100 a week.

    Wouldnt be for me

    thanks for that. would be a pain not to be home before seven if i had to leave at half six in the morning

    I used to do portlaoise to ballsbridge via public transport, was not very fun. Leave about 6:15am be home for 6:30pm ish. I dont think things would be any better going to drumcondra via public transport or by car.

    An ex colleague used to do Portlaoise to Blanchardstown. Lad lived on Red Bull. Not good for the health at all.

    The Lotto is for chumps.

    Meet with your local bank manager to discuss a no-repayment loan, kidnapping his family beforehand gives great leverage when negotiating which is vital imo.

    Just move down. I was going from the Kilkenny Tipperary border to the Carlow Wicklow border and working 9 hours a day on barely above minimum wage. It was not fun, lasted 18 months then I chucked it in and went to Australia.

    haha, i might consider that one alright, the bank manger at my local is a right wasnker
