    Hi guys,

Me and 2 friends are looking to do our first TT soon enough.

Can anybody recommend a one to try?

We are not that fast, we do 40km in about 1:07 so not looking to get involved in anything to pro.

    Many Thanks,
    -W

Is there very few TT's in Ireland?

Will do any from Wexford to Louth, Even go west as far as Offaly.

    Do we have any options?

There are very few open TT's
Most club leagues have a few though and there is often one on in Ulster on a thursday evening.
Swords cc run a 25 tt but you need at least a club competition licence and one days licences are not permitted, look at the Cycling Ulster website as well to see their calendar (the Newry based ones are very easy to get to)

If you're not in the IVCA your best bet is to try and get on one of the local clubs TTs

Dublin Wheelers TT League kicks off on 17 May with a Hill Climb, followed by a couple of 10m TTs and their first 25 miler at the beginning of June

If you're prepared to travel a bit further afield, Cuchulainn Cycling Club in Dundalk have a few TTs in their league

Swords do not have their TTs until June

Hi guys the Swords CC and Dublin Wheelers races look interesting.

I happy to get whatever licenses are necessary.

The TT are a mix of Flat races and hill climbs?

What is the Howth one? I guessing up and over the hill then turn around and back up and over to the finish?
