Ladbrokes question

Could someone explain what this means?

Ladbrokes are advertising they are going to be best price on the correct scores on the Leicester v W Ham match tonight.
Checked the T&C's and found 1 strange one - listed below
1.There may be a discrepancy between the prices you receive in shop and the prices offered via ladbrokes.com, our mobile service and telephone betting.

We will be using oddschecker.com as a guide to update our prices to ensure they are not bettered by William Hill, Coral, Betfred, Paddy Power or Bet365. Every endeavour will be made to ensure we are top price, however whilst updating our prices there may be occasions when a competitor's price is better than the one we are currently offering. Should this occur, the Ladbrokes price at the time of acceptance will apply.

So against the other 5 main bookies, they are going to be best or jt best price but I can't figure out what the bit in bold means.
If you go to back a scoreline at their price and one of the other 5 is bigger on the same scoreline on Oddschecker, according to what they say above, you have to take their (Ladbrokes) price even if it is lower or have I missed something?
If this is the case, then surely they aren't going to be the biggest price and it's false advertising?

On Oddschecker, they are 6/1 a 1-1 draw.
PP & Bet365 Lowest at 11/2 , Coral 6/1 and Hills 13/2 and it's been like that since 9am .

    Ladbrokes still 6/1 on Oddschecker!
Wonder how many bets they have taken at 6/1?

Basically what they mean is they will update their prices to be matching the top price but if you take a price and then notice its gone bigger elsewhere you dont get the bigger.

They are 13/2 on site for 1-1 now I would'nt go by oddschecker
bet365 do the same on the horses on saturday and oddschecker would'nt have updated their prices but bet365 site would have changed to match the bigger price.

They are 13/2 on site for 1-1

    Yeah eventually updated during lunchtime
    I would'nt go by oddschecker

That's the site Ladbrokes said they were being checked against

I've always found it an okay site as I assume they are a straight feed to the online prices of all the major bookies and update when they change their prices .
Bestbetting.com is another site I use but find oddschecker easier to navigate.

They are 5/4 online West Ham to win tonight and 6/4 in shop.
    Boyles 5/4 in Shop
Paddy Power 13/10 in Shop (heard they were 13/8 all through lunch).

Things take time. You have to be a bit reasonable.

    2 1/2 hours
If it was against them, I doubt if they would wait 2 1/2 hours.
