Look at the state of these bad boys!!! I want to spray or paint them, so looking for some suggestions. 1) I dont want to have to take the tyres or wheels off 2) Im running under a very very tight budget 3) Im not too concerned about scrapes/hollows/dents, I just want to paint/spray then that will hold for 2+ years.…
