Hi I have just finished reading hard to stomach by John McKenna and am looking for somewhere in Dublin that does stool and urine testing. He is no longer practicing. I hope the mods let me post this. I am not looking for recommendations just anywhere that does this. I can't find any. Thanks

Well, some of the tests your GP can order. All hospitals can do stool and urine tests, certainly for some of the parameters he describes. Some more unconventional tests may have to be done elsewhere, such as in the UK. I believe the drummartin clinic facilitates some of this testing.
