I assume you would be looking for Imagine WiMax?
If so, I wouldn't really bother. I had a terrible experience with them coupled with awful customer service. From what I've heard, a lot of other people have had a similar experience.

I would avoid them like the plague.

Although some people have had some good experiences with them

If anything, you've probably chosen the one product that's worse than Imagine Wimax. Gaming on 3G is problematic, and may not work at all. Opening ports on the router might not do much either if the network is blocking access from their end.

I know there are problems with this set up but its actually working quite well for me. theres a mast 1km from my house so i get good speed.there is an issue with voip but thats the price to pay. i was paying 47 pm and now its 25. i based my choice of isp provider mainly on the price. 30 gig download limit as well.

Its not 4G, there is no 4G in this country.

WiMax is a technology. Imagine don't have proper Wimax, they use mobile WiMax which doesn't work very well. They cut costs by giving people dongles instead of installing fixed external antennas and routers. Many other companies use fixed WiMax which works great as they ensure everyone gets a good signal.
