Had anyone used this website and is it good, reliable etc?

I placed an order with them once and cancelled a few weeks later.

At the time when I ordered (last year) they allowed something like a month for the order to be processed, then add dispatch and shipping time and you are looking at 6-8 weeks before you receive your order.

I use it occasionally. Orders can take a number of weeks to be fully processed which is a major pain but recently they have started having 'Available Now' sales so the stuff is dispatched faster.

Apart from the long delivery times, I've never had a problem with the quality of the products. I've ordered everything from shoes, clothes and stuff for my house.

I've used it for accessories, not clothes, as the lead time for delivery is so long the season has nearly changed before I get the items The quality seems good, I've no problems with them so far, but haven't ordered a huge amount of stuff.

I've probably used it 20+ times at this stage. Depending on the item you order, delivery can be practically immediate, or can take weeks. But they do tell you upfront what lead times you are looking at.

Everything I've bought from there has been exactly as described - Juicy Couture shoes, Alexander McQueen Puma, Nicole Farhi dresses etc.

Got my first order from them which I placed the Friday before last on Friday just gone and was absolutely delighted with my order! Couldn't believe it came in a week!

Good website if you don't mind the wait. I bought some really nice pieces on it. The best thing i find about it is the amazing quality of the clothes. A few items from the site have centre position in my wardrobe
