Broke my Nikon d7000..what now??

    Fell over today in the Burren and camera took a hit,mainly the main dial.The flash,mode dial and menus aint workin but the camera still takes pictures but is stuck at f8.....seems things got knocked about in there.So are there places in Ireland to get it repaired or do I have to send it to Nikon??????
