Which Laptop Memory Should I Get?

I have a Lenovo G570 running a 64bit install of windows 7. I do a bit of sql in work, and (currently) a small bit of virtual machine work. Experimenting with different OS's currently.

I have 4Gb, and can take 8. Need to remove the original ones to do so.

So no matching problems. I did the crucial system scan, and have

I have three choices.

Not much in the price difference. Which should I buy?

DDR3 PC3-12800 is the better performer and 6 Euro ain't that much of a difference, the LoVo DDR3 PC3-10600 might save you a little bit of battery juice.
