Hey , I'm just wondering if anybody knows where I could find a list of what herbs are now illegal to buy under the new EU herbal ban directive. I can't find a list using a Google search. Thanks.

Herbal ban? I'm not aware of any herbal ban legislation in Europe?
If you're referring to the ban of all that stuff that was being sold in head shops maybe this is what you're after http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2010/en/si/0201.html and http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/2010/en/si/0202.html ?

As far as I know, there's no list of herbs it is illegal to buy (other than what might be included in pre-existing medicines/drugs legislation).
There was some type of a directive that forces manufacturers of herbal products to register and/or apply for certification of some kind for the products they sell. I don't know very much about the specifics of it, though, coz it's not an area I've a lot of interest in. IIRC, lots of products have subsequently become unavailable because their manufacturers were unwilling/unable/whatever to submit to regulation.
