Most tilers and bathroom fitters will do it for you. (well worth doing IMHO)

Evo Stik (Bostik) Technik Watertite Tanking kit. Anyone can use it. I used it in five bathrooms - twelve years ago. Excellent. It even held a 30mm puddle of water in an upstairs when one of my sons inadvertently dislodged a bath supply pipe. I am currently remaking two bathrooms and tanking them again.

Just used the Evo Stik (Bostik) Technik Watertite on my bathroom, round the shower sink and bath. really easy to use and fix the corner tape. Took me less than an hour to paint on each coat.

I think I paid 40 euro ish from the local tile shop in Ballina.

    TT

Apologies for dragging up an old thread. Just a quick question, is it possible to use this bis tic tanking kit on a painted wall?

Should I score the paint with a knife? Or a piece of wood with nails?
