We've been without a land line for the past two weeks in the Ballyboden area. Technicians have been looking in holes at the end of the road since then. Can any Eircom employees tell us when it will be back up?

The eircom lads digging in the new fibre out there might have cut your line. Report a fault on 1901 and get a fault ref number like any normal fault.

    Hi KenH,

Thanks for your post. If you have not already reported you fault to eircom Phoneline Faults, call them right away :

    1901 freefone

Have your eircom Account number and an alternative contact (or mobile phone) number to hand.

Let me know if you have any problems logging your fault.

    Best wishes,
    Ant
