I think that's the one poulo6.5 has. It's very good, compact, rugged, good glass and easy to use. To be honest you can't go wrong with any leica,'I've got the 1200 lrf model, and while being a bit bigger the the crf it's grand. I wouldn't go out with the rifle without it.

    chrisdolan11,
I have had both the 1200 and 1600: both were fantastic and I would recommend either.

For what I do, I would probably stay with the 1200, if I still had it. That's not to say I don't love the 1600, I do.

Both are fantastic pieces of equipment that will not let you down.

You'll have to factor in price and determine whether the extras on the 1600 are worth it for you.

Do you do any shooting on inclines? Do you need to know temp, pressure, and such? If yes, perhaps the extra dosh for the 1600 is warranted.

For me, all I really want to know is a flat distance, hence the 1200 would be fine.

    Slan.

I have a LRF 1200, it's the business. Not a whole lot more to say on it! I haven't used anything else so I have nothing to compare it with.
