Problem with Tevion hdsr 600 box.

    My ex brought a tevion hdsr 600 from aldi. It worked for a couple of days, then it sudenly would not turn on.

    Any one know what to do?

    Any help greatly apreciated as I am a novice to these things.

    Bought one of these about a year ago and had problems from day 1. What you can do is bring it back to aldi and if they have another one they will replace it for you. If they don't have any left you can send it off to philex (people who make the box). They were quite helpful with fixing my box and they will pay for postage if you include the registered post receipt in the jiffy.

    Ring 1890 812 721 and tell them whats happened, they'll tell you to send it over to them then.

    OP, if you can't get an exchange from Aldi, just get your money back.
