    Hey,

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but here we go!

Friend of mine is thinking of setting up a martial arts class. He does not know how to go about getting insurance. I told him I would ask you fine gents :)

Which companies handle insurance for martial arts?

    Thanks!

Any health insurance that covers you for injury

you don't have to specifically have martial arts insurance

Yes you do. You are providing a service to the public and as such require Public Liability Insurance.

ABC Brokers in Booterstown handle most clubs. There is also an English crowd though I have never used them.

I've used Abc for next to ten years and never had an issue with them.
ph. 01 438 6402. He will need instructor certs as far as i know as they have gotten very strict. :)

He isn't looking to insure himself agaisnt personal injury, he is looking to insure a club. Massive difference in terms of liability.
