How long after locking the car are you measuring this?
Pulling fuses would be the next step and see what circuit is at fault

does your car have keyless entry? and is it just draining the battery over night or not charging

Just wondering, how are you checking a battery drain with the battery disconnected.

I presume he means he has the meter connected in series lads. Seen as he said he was getting a draw of 1.1 amp which is quite high.leave the car for approx 17 mins after hut down to make sure all modules are asleep. Then one by one pull fuses to see which area the drain is coming from.do u have any aftermarket parts on the car like hands free kits aftermarket xenon lights gps ect ect. If you have no after market parts fitted and can't find the drain. Had a few cars lately which have the diodes in the altenator drawing the current

    hi ford jedi

yea it is a keyless entry and also the alternator is charging the batter if gives out 14.1V at the battery, over the last 2 weeks the battery got worse, gave up monday 2 weeks ago got 3 days out of her then dead, jumped it then got 2 days out of it than went to 1 day then not holding any charge at all, every time the car was turned off the battery would die so first i checked the alternator and got the 14.1v as above so i tought it needed a new battery so i through a new 1 in today and did a voltage drop test which showed up with a drop, i checked the usuall suspects and found nothing  and i don't fancy going through each and every fuse to find the circut its on, any other ideas would be greatly appreciated

    thanks again

+1 on keyless entry, I have a 1.6 07 focus and battery drained overnight. Took it to garage and they replaced the key barrel in the steering column.
Said it can be a problem with them.
