Where to/possible to sell Aer Lingus airplane tickets?

    Hi,

    A friend of mine bought 2 tickets to fly to Spain, can't go, cost about 400 each

    Is there anyway to sell these on?

    A website perhaps?

    They are willing to discount them of course.

    Maybe they can't sell them in the first place - they might be Non-transferable ?

    Any info greatly appreciated.

    Edit - hope this is the right place for the question.

    There will be a name change fee for each of those tickets so not too sure how much your friend can reasonably expect to get back on the tickets.

    he can change dates and destination of travel and push the date of travel back for up to 12 months for a fee of €40 per flight - maybe tie in with a football weekend or even a little duty free shopping weekend with a flight to jersey / guernsey or a bit of sunshine and duty free in canary islands or agadir (agadir from Oct and very cheap hotels and great duty free)

    If you can bag a cheap flight, you may as well book it.

    change of name is €100/flight so 2 people with 2 flights = 400.00, so no option there.
